Juvenile Courthouse San Diego is responsible for adjudicating matters regarding minors. Juvenile Traffic Hearing Officers also hear matters regarding misdemeanor traffic offenses. The judicial officers assigned to Juvenile Court hear a variety of cases involving minors such as: dependency matters involving abuse or neglect to determine whether a minor should be made a ward of the Court; delinquency cases where the offense would be considered a misdemeanor or felony if committed by an adult.
