Membership
- Licensed attorneys only.
- All members are verified by California State Bar number before approval.
- Membership is and will always remain free. No fees, no subscriptions, ever.
Conduct
- Be professional and respectful at all times.
- No bashing, criticizing, or disparaging other attorneys ever.
- No solicitation or advertising of any kind.
Confidentiality
- Keep all client information strictly confidential. No names, identifying details, or case specifics that could identify a client.
- No guaranteed outcomes or definitive legal advice.
Referrals & Appearances
- No posting of fees, rates, or pricing of any kind. All financial arrangements are strictly private between attorneys.
- Referral and special appearance arrangements are solely between participating attorneys. Flock of Legals is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any arrangement made between members.
Enforcement
- Violations may result in immediate removal without notice.
- Flock of Legals reserves the right to remove any post or member at its sole discretion.
